  • Yes, we offer delivery & pickup service. The fee is charged per individual item.

    The equipment will be delivered to the building's reception or the building's designated delivery area, where the client will pick it up.

    For pickup, the client will hand over the items to our delivery partner at the building reception or the building's designated delivery area.

  • Our desks and chairs are delivered and picked up fully assembled and ready for use, while our monitors and other related equipment arrive in their original boxes.

    Please make sure to keep all original packaging materials, including any protective covers, as you will need to repack everything in its original condition prior to our pickup.

  • Delivery times depend on your location and delivery option. We offer same-day delivery in some areas, while to some locations it may take a bit longer.

  • Yes, you can extend your rental if the equipment is not reserved for someone else. Just let us know early, as delays without approval may result in high extra charges.

  • Yes, a credit card authorization hold will be placed as a deposit. This hold isn't charged unless necessary. Once authorized, your equipment will be delivered.

  • To expedite the quality assurance check and the release of your security deposit credit card authorization hold, please follow these pre-pickup instructions:

    1. Video Confirmation: Please send a clear, full video showing the monitor working properly when turned on, then turning it off and demonstrating that the screen is clear of any scratches. Ensure that the time displayed on the monitor is within 10 minutes of sending the video.
    2. Packing Process: Please send clear pictures of the equipment packing process, ensuring all parts are packed in their original protective condition. Please take extra care when packing the monitor, and make sure the monitor screen is protected to prevent any risk of scratches.

    The security deposit credit card authorization hold will be released after our quality assurance, and no longer than 7 working days since it is collected by our team from the third-party delivery service.

  • No worries, we get it—things happen! If something goes missing or gets damaged, you'll just need to cover the replacement cost plus any additional rental days until we can restock the item. We’ll make it easy and work with you to sort it out smoothly!

  • We currently only accept credit card payments via our website.
