We’re thrilled to support your remote work journey with top-notch premium equipment, professional delivery, personalized customer care. Before we get started, please take a moment to go over our Terms & Conditions. It’ll help make sure everything goes smoothly!
1. Our Agreement
By using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If something doesn’t sit right with you, let us know, and we’ll do our best to help!
2. Age Requirement
You need to be at least 18 years old to use our services. By moving forward, you confirm you’re 18 or older.
3. Keeping Things Fresh
We’re continually strive to improve and always working on our offerings, so we might make changes to our services now and then. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice. If there’s a big change, we’ll do our best to keep you in the loop!
4. Rental Period
- How Long?: Your rental starts when we deliver the equipment and ends on the return date we agree on.
- Need More Time?: Just give us a heads-up at least 5 days before your rental ends if you need an extension. We’ll try our best to accommodate you! Please keep in mind that extensions are subject to avaukability and may incur additional charges.
- Running Late?: If you’re returning the equipment late without letting us know, there may be some extra charges.
5. Delivery & Pickup
- Where?: We’ll deliver and pick up the equipment at your building’s designated lobby or delivery area as instructed by your building management. You’ll just need to meet our delivery partner there. You are responsible for collecting and returning the equipment to our delivery partner at these locations.
- Assembly:
- In Bangkok, we’ll deliver desks and chairs fully assembled, ready for you to use.
- In other regions, you’ll receive our equipment in flat-pack form (IKEA-style). You’ll need to assemble it yourself and keep the original packaging for disassembly and return, as you will need to repack them back to their original boxes.
- Monitors: Our monitors come in their original boxes, complete with all necessary parts, and additional HDMI cables. Need something extra like an HDMI to USB Type-C adapter? Let us know ahead of time, and we’ll make sure you’re all set!
- Check It Out: Please inspect the equipment when you receive it and let us know right away if anything’s missing or not quite right.
6. Refundable Deposit
- Why We Need It: We ask for a refundable deposit on all equipment. This is just to make sure everything stays in great shape! The deposit amount will be specified during the booking process.
- Please note that 5.75% of your security deposit will be withheld for credit card fees, resulting in a refund of 94.25% of your security deposit payment.
- Getting Your Deposit Back:
- After our quality check, we’ll refund your deposit within 7 working days of receiving the equipment from our delivery partner.
- We don’t charge any fees for the refund. If your bank or credit card provider charges any fees, that’ll be on you.
- If you paid in a currency other than Thai Baht, your refund will be in Thai Baht. Exchange rates can fluctuate, so the amount might differ slightly.
- Speed Up the Process:
- Video Confirmation: Before we pick up the equipment, please send us a quick video showing the monitor working, then turning off. Make sure to slowly and clearly show the screen is free of scratches and that the time on the monitor is within 10 minutes of sending the video.
- Packing It Up: Send us photos of the packing process, making sure to show all parts are secured in their original protective packaging. Please take extra care with the monitor screen to avoid any scratches.
7. Equipment Care
- Handle with Care: Please use the equipment as intended and follow any instructions we provide.
- No DIY Fixes: If something goes wrong, don’t try to fix it yourself—give us a shout, and we’ll take care of it.
- In Case of Damage or Loss:
- You’re responsible for any damage, loss, or theft during your rental period.
- We’ll deduct repair or replacement costs from your deposit in addition to additional to rental and manpower time as well as delivery and any other associated costs. If the cost is higher than your deposit, we’ll send you an invoice for the remaining amount.
- We suggest using the equipment in a secure spot to avoid any mishaps.
8. Changes and Cancellations
- Credit card and/or bank fees are non-refundable. The refund applies solely to the rental and delivery charges.
- Canceling Before Delivery:
- If you cancel at least 45 days before delivery, you’ll get a full refund.
- If you cancel at least 30 days of delivery, there’s a 10% cancellation fee.
- If you cancel at least 21 days of delivery, there’s a 25% cancellation fee.
- If you cancel at least 15 days of delivery, there’s a 50% cancellation fee.
- If you cancel at least 7 days of delivery, there’s a 75% cancellation fee.
- Early Returns: If you wish to return the equipment before the end of the rental period, please notify us in 5 days advance to arrange a pickup in time.
Refunds for early returns are not guaranteed and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
9. Payments
- How to Pay: We accept credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers. Payment must be made 3-5 days before your rental period starts.
- Currency: All payments are in Thai Baht (THB).
- Failure to Pay:
- Non-payment or declined transactions will result in the cancellation of your booking.
- Failure to pay any outstanding fees, including additional charges for damages or late returns, will be considered a breach of contract and pursued in accordance with Thai law, including potential legal action and additional recovery costs.
10. Quality Guarantee
- Our Standards: All equipment is thoroughly tested before and after each rental to ensure optimal performance.

11. Liability and Indemnification
- Use at Your Own Risk: Our services and equipment are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. You use the equipment at your own risk.
- Limitation of Liability:
- We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the equipment or services.
- This includes, but is not limited to, damages for personal injury, property damage, loss of data, or business interruption.
- Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Nomad's Office, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the equipment and services or breach of these Terms & Conditions.
12. Privacy & Data Protection**
- Data Collection: We collect and process personal information necessary to provide our services effectively. This includes, but not limited to, contact details and rental history.
- Data Security: We implement industry-standard security measures, to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
- Data Sharing: we may share you information as required by law or as necessary to provide our services (e.g., sharing delivery information with our logistics partners).
- User Rights: You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data.
13. Intellectual Property
- Our Content: Everything we provide—from text to logos—is owned by The Nomad's Office. You’re welcome to use it, but please don’t reproduce or modify it without our permission.
14. Unforeseen Events
If something beyond our control (like a natural disaster or internet outage) affects our ability to provide services, we’re not responsible for any delays or failures.
15. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Thai law. Any disputes will be handled in Thai courts.
