We’re thrilled to support your remote work journey with top-notch premium equipment, professional delivery, and personalized customer care. Before we get started, please take a moment to go over our Terms & Conditions. This ensures a smooth experience for everyone.


1. Our Agreement

By using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you have any concerns, let us know, and we’ll do our best to assist you.


2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By proceeding, you confirm that you meet this requirement.


3. Service Modifications

We continuously improve our services and may make updates or modifications at any time without prior notice. If there are significant changes, we’ll do our best to inform you.


4. Rental Period

  • The rental period is as booked on the website and starts on the day the equipment is delivered.
  • Rental period extensions are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • Returning the equipment late without prior approval will result in fines of up to 10 times the daily rental cost.

5. Delivery & Pickup

  • We will deliver and pick up the equipment at the entrance of the client’s building. The client is required to meet our driver upon arrival.

Pre-Pickup Instructions

Before returning the equipment, the client must complete the following steps:
A. Video Confirmation – Please send a clear video showing that the equipment is in good working condition. If returning a monitor, provide a video of it turning on and off, confirming that the screen is free of scratches. The time displayed on the monitor must be within 10 minutes of sending the video.
B. Packing Process – Send clear pictures of the packing process, ensuring all parts are securely placed in their original protective packaging. Extra care must be taken to protect the monitor screen from scratches or damage.


6. Deposit

  • Clients authorize us to charge their credit card up to 150% of the equipment’s retail value in case of damage or loss.

7. Equipment Care

  • Clients must handle the equipment with care and use it as intended.
  • No DIY Fixes – If something isn’t working, contact us instead of trying to repair it yourself.
  • Liability – Clients are responsible for damage, loss, or theft during the rental period. Any necessary repair or replacement costs will be deducted from the deposit, and additional fees may apply if costs exceed the deposit.

8. Changes and Cancellations

  • Credit card and/or bank fees are non-refundable. Refunds only apply to rental and delivery charges.
  • Cancellation Policy:
    • 45+ days before delivery – Full refund.
    • 30–44 days before delivery – 10% cancellation fee.
    • 21–29 days before delivery – 25% cancellation fee.
    • 15–20 days before delivery – 50% cancellation fee.
    • 7–14 days before delivery – 75% cancellation fee.
  • Early Returns: If you wish to return equipment before the end of the rental period, notify us at least 5 days in advance. Refunds for early returns are not guaranteed and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

9. Payments

  • Payment Methods: We accept credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers.
  • Payment Deadline: Full payment is required 3-5 days before the rental period starts.
  • Currency: All payments are processed in Thai Baht (THB).
  • Failure to Pay:
    • Non-payment or declined transactions will result in booking cancellation.
    • Unpaid outstanding fees (e.g., damages, late returns) may lead to legal action and additional recovery costs.

10. Quality Guarantee

  • Inspection: All equipment is thoroughly tested before and after each rental.
  • Issues? Contact us immediately so we can assist you.

11. Liability & Indemnification

  • Use at Your Own Risk – Our services and equipment are provided "as is" without warranties.
  • Limitation of Liability:
    • We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages caused by the use or inability to use our equipment.
    • This includes, but is not limited to, personal injury, property damage, data loss, or business interruption.
  • Indemnification: Clients agree to hold The Nomad’s Office harmless against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of our equipment.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

  • Data Collection: We collect and process only the necessary personal information to provide our services.
  • Data Security: We implement industry-standard security measures to protect personal data.
  • Data Sharing: Information may be shared only as required by law or to provide services (e.g., delivery details shared with logistics partners).
  • User Rights: Clients may request access, corrections, or deletion of their personal data.

13. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: All content, branding, and materials provided by The Nomad’s Office belong to us and cannot be reproduced or modified without permission.

14. Unforeseen Events

  • If unforeseen events (e.g., natural disasters, internet outages) prevent service, we are not liable for resulting delays or failures.

15. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by Thai law. Any disputes will be resolved in Thai courts.

16. Payment Methods

  • Credit/Debit Cards – Subject to a 5.75% credit card fee.
  • Bank Transfers – Regular bank fees apply, and deposits must be paid in full.
